- 6 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- Salt & Pepper to tast
- 2 Tbls Cilantro
- 1/2 Red pepper seeds removed
- 1/2 cup Water
Combine ingredients in a medium pot and simmer. Remove from stove and let it cool, blend in food processor. At this point you can add more chopped onions and cilantro to taste.
